Calculus of Ramanujan’s Infinite Nested Radicals

One part of mathematics that I find fascinating however hard to grasp are infinite series, summations and nested radicals. 

Probably my first encounter with infinite nested radicals was from Srinivasa Ramanujan’s work. Arguably, his most infamous nested radical which he proposed to the ‘Journal of the Indian Mathematical Society’.
