The animation above shows the helical world line in Newtonian space-time for one orbit, with points along the world line that start out spaced at equal intervals of Newtonian time, and then morph to show equal intervals of Moser-Göransson time.
In each case, successive points correspond to wedges of equal area swept out in the elliptical orbit, but the wedges have different centres.
