THEOREM OF THE DAY: Lagrange’s Four-Squares Theorem

Theorem 

Any non-negative integer $n$, may be written as a sum of four squares: $$n=w^2+x^2+y^2+z^2$$ where $w,x,y$ and $z$ are non-negative integers (some of which may be zero.)
